For any product return, you have to proceed like this :

  • Pack your product or the piece of your product
  • Indicate the object of your problem by email at support@innled.fr
  • Send your package to our address specifying the service recipient:

Never store a discharged battery for more than 48h : this will cause rapid deterioration of the battery. When the battery is charged (green flash every 4sec), switch to "OFF" and store away.

Your battery base has a multifunction that requires investigation, contact the customer service : support@innled.fr

It’s possible to use the lights outside. However, you just have to put them inside or protect them in case of the bad weather.
